it's my favorite,pero pagdating sa dugo napapapalpak laging kurtado ang dugo.what seems to be the problem? i buy the one in containers ,frozen ,galing sa Phil.

Sorry ay naku yan ang di ko nakuha sa mother inlaw ko . Di nya na pamana sa akin . Masarap syang magluto ng dinuguan at tupig kaya namimiss namin sya ibang klase sya magluto ng dinuguan. I always watched here how to make it but haven't tried it on my own .Nakita ko sa kanya noon binabanlawan nya ng tubig yong blood diba parang gelatin yong dugo na nabibili natin dito yong nakalagay sa chinese container tapos hinahaluan nya ng konting suka at durog durogin tapos sinasala nya para madurog nya lahat .
Malapot yong dinuguan nya kaya gusto namin ..

what's tupig? wash the blood? that's new,yap nilalagyan ko ng suka ,sinasala- yun siguro gagawin ko next time.di ba ang sarap pag maanghang.thanks.

hinugasan nya ng tubig Sad diba dito yong dugo na nabibili natin parang gelatin tapos parang hinahalo nya /squeeze nya ng kanyang kamay tapos sinasala nya para madurog nya lahat ...
Tupig is made of malagkit,buko and sugar(hindi ko nakuha ang measurement ) hinahalo halo lahat yon tapos ibalot sa dahon ng saging tapos ihawin o grill namin masarap to Ilocano delicacy sya.. Naalala ko kase summer na ...Palagi kung pinapagawa to sa kanya dati pag summer kaya ng nawala sya sa amin last year nalungkot kaming bigla namiss namin ang tupig and dinuguan nya . Buti nalang natutunan ng asawa ko mag luto ng pinakbet pero iba parin pinakbet ng byanan ko ...
